As a property manager, maybe you can answer this: When I watch these, I’m always curious about the ones who pay the drop fee. Like this first dude. I’m almost 100% certain the car goes right back to sitting there with nothing done. When does the tow truck come back for it?

​@flyfishizationjones4940 tow trucks only come when called. So the manager lets it get paid out so they realize she's serious. If they don't fix it within the time the management specified they will call the tow truck back and tell them there is no drop fee on it and the tow truck just takes it.

@@donovanwilliams29 Most municipalities in the US do not allow inoperable or unregistered vehicles to be parked in the open. They usually fine the property owner until the issue is addressed. There's also the stipulations in the lease/rental contract. If it is stated that you cannot have an unregistered or inoperable vehicle on the property you must abide by that or face the penalty.

Then you can bring it back to the property and park it. Oh, and if you do not get the vehicle registered, we can do this again.... He use to 'pay extra' to keep a broke vehicle (I wonder if it was this one) at the last place he lived. Maybe if he paid a little to get it fixed, he would not have to pay extra to get the vehicle dropped, or out of the impound yard... Just thinking outside the box. Another ID ten 'T'.

When repo' ing a vehicle because of default on loan you are to report to local police station with bank orders in paperwork. So once who is repo'd calls to make a stolen car claim they can respond with bank repo not stolen. There's no resources to have police looking for something that not stolen

Rule on that, even if the owner says take it, not often does this happen, but 1 of the rules is that it stays at the tow yard till they can sell it at a yard auction, max time upwards of 3 months, minimum is 1 month, just the laws

Watching the particular video provided tow driver had to no less than 3 people tell about the NEW MANAGER . So it seems none of the residents knew who to contact about anything you understand my view now. It just looks like cars are just being towed for the sake of money and driver getting commission pay more cars he takes more paycheck he makes

My company does bank repo's, I show these videos and tell my driver's this is what not to do. We don't do drops, the car owner doesn't owe my company money, they owe the bank,CANT PAY WE'LL TAKE IT AWAY.
