Johnny, I love the way you handle conflicts. You stand your ground and you don't let anyone punk you down or try and twist things to make it look like you're being dishonest. Your clear and concise communication and your dedication to stand by directives is your greatest defense. I was getting upset that maintenance guy was getting the notion that he had the upper hand on you, but I knew once you'd lay it all out he'd change his tone and who he points a finger at. I was in supervision, management and an administrator for many years before retiring. The employment position isn't the challenge. It's human resources that's the real onion in the pot. At times I felt like I was directing children. Some of them with BA/BS and Masters degrees. Unbelievable!

Just someone you pass on the street that smiles and says hello is awesome. A lot of folks dont even look at you when youre on hard times. I guess they dont want to see what the downside looks like. A mom in pta told my mom that she didnt want me talking to her daughter because her kid had a better life ahead of her and she didnt want a poor kid to befriend her and drag her down! Guess what, we were friends anyway because her daughter wasnt a karen. We just didnt tell her mom! That was a huge secret for second graders to keep! She told her mom she met (insert my middle name here). That way she really wasnt lying! Her mom found out when we graduated. We let the cat out of the bag to give ourselves as a gift. Lol Good times! I love seeing you help people. I've been there once and was lucky enough to get out of the poverty situation. I ended up getting a college degree, having 2 children that I put through university and all because someone gave me an extra $100 at one time. I got a nice outfit through Goodwill and used a library computer to get a job. Many thanks to people like you!

Just found this channel and been binging through random episodes. You are the tow truck driver every one would want to meet whether for a called in or as you put it, makes me chuckle every time, a non consensual tow. Super professional, polite, and great at giving all the info or time someone needs when you don’t have to. Don’t understand why anyone would complain about you have a short clip of being an amazing human helping someone out unless it makes them feel bad for not doing the same.

He probably doesn't work there anymore. It doesn't matter if the property manager was a temp person or not, they still had authority over him. With how he was acting, he probably doesn't have a job there anymore. He didn't have the money to get the car running, so you know he doesn't have the money to get the car towed to where he is now, which is probably living on the street. Chances are, he was living on the property.

Oh please I see so many people asking for money then leave to walk to their car. You all need to investigate how some have made it into a racket. Dont give money or give money and a contact to get a jjopb. See how many contact the job offer person. Not being mean. Just being realistic
