I'm betting in the past, car owners have said the tow truck driver screwed up my air dam and the tow trucker had no proof. Good idea to video no damage so he can't be blamed.

So many crappy dog owners out there. And of course the crappier the owner, the more defensive they are about their neglect and the problems their dogs cause because of that neglect.

I can't stand animal abuse. The people who abuse them, need to have the same thing done to them.

I assume that's why so many pit bulls attack people..... the main type of people to get that breed are the ones to abuse them, and they want to make them mean.

On top of that there's the problem of people getting fashion dogs that they're not ready for, such as the post-movie surge in popularity of Dalmatians, decently tricky dogs to have so people with low 'dog skills' can't raise them. Chihuahuas are an especial problem in that regard, people get those effing rats as a fashion accesory and forget its a dog, and the damn thing starts destroying property and biting people, sometimes killing pets. Plus of course the problem of pittbulls and other combat dogs, which absolutely scumbags get for no reason other than to use them as a weapon. Given that fact, the lot of them should be put down as they're responsibly for 98% of killings and maulings, often against small children. But until new laws are implemented, the criminal whose living weapon is put down will just run over to a shady breeder of combat dogs and buy a new one. You can rehabilitate difficult dogs. We fixed a Kuvacz (dangerous due to size and strong protective instinct) and a Belgian Shepherd / Kuvacz crossbreed. But in both cases the result isn't a perfectly controllable dog, they're just fixed. Then again the first Kuvazc was characterised as an overly dominant fear-biter who'd attack runners and cyclists. Bollocks, he had simply been ignored and mishandled by a boomer who didn't want to invest time. Second was terribly afraid of all people due to beatings and that fear often went into biting, when we started he needed two leashes held by strong people to walk him at all. Turns out beatings did it and establishing a property hierarchy fixed most of it. Key is making sure he can lose all his energy and won't end up hyperactive due to being kept inside too much. Still, fixing dogs isn't a solve-all solution. For either of those dogs, if some stranger starts attacking you or simply jumps you and hangs onto you, the herd protection will kick in, they'll get turned into minced meat and there's no way to stop it. It's sort of an acceptable risk because people who start punching you in the street tend to be the people who need biting, but still, we can't fix that aspect of their character. Whereas an attacker might deserve an "Oi, stop it" bite from your dog, they don't deserve the type of "Rawr, rend the flesh from his bones!" kind of attack they'd probably get. The Kuvacz is not a low-skill owner type of dog to begin with, much less after such a bad life.

I'm hoping he was just holding the dog to keep it safe while the big truck passed. If you watch he let's it loose as soon as truck clears
