Cualquier persona que quiera aprender parkour debe saber que es vital estudiar muy bien la parte teórica antes de llevarlo a la práctica. Hay que aprender cuál es la forma correcta de caer; es de suma importancia para no hacerse daño. Hay que saber cuál es la forma correcta de rodar; hay que aprender a hacerlo. El parkour se empieza a practicar desde el piso con ejercicios específicos para preparar el cuerpo. Hay que desarrollar fuerza, flexibilidad, agilidad, reflejos... Se debe fortalecer TODO: brazos, piernas, muñecas, dedos, espalda, hombros… Los giros se practican en un trampolín. Hay mucho que saber y mucho que practicar antes de llegar a la parte en la que el individuo se ve súper cool. Nunca jamás en la vida se empieza desde arriba. Es un deporte peligroso y si aún teniendo experiencia la persona puede terminar haciéndose daño, alguien cuyo cuerpo no está preparado muy probablemente termine en el hospital. Si lo van a practicar sean responsables y háganlo con madurez. 🙏🏻
