Larry/Garry/Gerry proposing a teen abstinence workshop and Ron saying it might be incredibly effective is one of the strongest punchline I have ever heard in a show. not only because of the words and the meaning itself, but because of the character plays and their persona. Larry not even realising that he had just been insulted to the deepest and Ron being so flat delivering his line... masterclass.
