Hello there. Maintenance is an essential for all mechanical equipment especially machinery with bearings. Two of the bearings started to worn off: one at the motor shaft one at the sanding belt rotating shaft. The electric motor graphite brushes are not an easy task to put them back.

The bearings what I could not access I just added extensive amount of lubricant so it could flow in.
Safety first. Disconnect the device from the mains before you start to work on it. Also be fully conscious about what you are doing and your capabilities. You are responsible for your devices also to maintain it to serve you as long as they can. Have a successful task completion.
