Undoubtedly a classic presentation, and quite easy to understand. But, in relation to the condition of NO CRIMINAL ANTECEDENTS / NO PROOF OF ANY PREVIOUS CONVICTION, required for s.360 to be applied, probably it is applicable for both category of accused, i.e., accused who have not attained 21 yrs of age and who have already attained such age, but probably by mistake, you have said it's applicable to the category of accused who have not attained 221 yrs. May the point be made clear.

One requirement u/s 360(3) as you said is ANTECEDENTS. But, perhaps it's CRIMINAL ANTECEDENTS only. Please make the point clear.
