Parole is conditional freedom for a prison inmate. The prisoner (called a "parolee") gets out from behind bars, but has to live up to a series of responsibilities. A parolee who doesn't follow the rules risks going back into custody.

Good explanation..!! But I have doubts. When you explain while reading line wise, your reading contradicts with your written explanations. As in case of regular parole it is written by you that parole is for maximum one month and it is given if convict has served at least one year imprisonment. "But while explaining you said convict will be given one year parole." @4:19 time
