Hi dear...I have stopped using nonstick pans these days....I too use same type masala for fish tawa fry in our good old iron tawa but it sticks...here it is not sticking to ur tawa bcoz u r using nonstick....can u give some tips how to fry in cast Iron tawa...without sticking plz

Oil content should be sufficient and temperature should be optimum. Not too hot, not too low. If you heat the oil too much, the skin will stick to the pan. Better keep the flame to low and then later on you can adjust the flame.
