Been there recently. One of the few new malls in Philippines I was actually amazed at. Most malls here (even new ones) are pretty meh and boring and look just like every other mall. Parqal is at least trying to be more unique. Medyo kulang pa nga lang establishments but I'm guessing the area itself will be the "next bgc" so we'll see in the coming years.

Lovin the vibe and concept of this new mall. Kudos to the developer of this project. I love that many developers are now are deviating from the standard boxy fully air-conditioned malls. ❤

Completely agree with this. Some should also see the mall in person because the vibe is really different. It's relaxing, to say the least. 😎

This mall looks nice, sadly it's so far away. I like the modern communal feel to is. The canopy is a nice touch.

Where is the crowd of shoppers? Since this mall opened, you see sooo few shoppers and if this doesn't change, it may close. Not all feasibility studies succeed.

I went there to eat and went to SB. I don't know, they could have placed a focal point which will drive people to go there. Like sa Jewel sa Singapore or something else. For sure if may attraction, it could drive traffic and increase customers sa restaurants, etc.

Open air mall looks good on paper but not so great walking in and out from store to store cold a/c then out in hot humid open mall. After 9 months still a lot of vacant shop spaces. With so few customers, at least parking is free for now.

Dapat mag open sila ng pang-masa na stores like Jolibee, KFC, Mcdo, to attract more customers. In my opinion, nag open nalang sana yung Parqal Mall sa BGC since puro open concept din doon.

Maganda siya pero parang more of an office area feels rather than a street mall siya. Parang Double Dragon Plaza for me.

Nice. But how about improving/constructing city roads and transportation?

Unfortunately these are funded by private corporations. City roads are the responsibility of the government.

Outdoor , no air con, unless you go inside the store or restaurant. Nobody seems to hangout unlike the other air conditioned malls.

The concept and design is brilliant, but if you don’t attract customers malamang malulugi.Kaya dapat yung top floors parentahan sa BPO para mag karoon ng customers ang mga restaurants/ fast food chains..

This is a gorgeous looking property but where is the foot traffic? This mall looks like it’s not doing well. Still lots of vacant lots and almost no one walking around. The stores that are open has very little customers this place is what we call in America a dead mall. This kind of shopping concept isn’t the best idea to make in a country that’s hot and humid 365 days a year.

You got it wrong, the design and space planning for this mall is actually for humid and hot environment like the Philippines .
