hello I have a confusing question please help me out I have submitted my one-year research experience certificate from my department but during verification what if they did not pick up the call it is very scary ...but I got a letter of recommendation from my professor and he is a dean he said he mentioned in a letter my experience in research so is it sufficient to consider during verification or I need to tell my department to take care of the things like to pick the phone call on time?
