I've never thought of graded exercise in that way. I was always told that it was exercising, like going out for a walk which I am not really able to do. So the thought of doing that is very daunting and unachievable. But the way you explained it and gave the example made me think that something can actually help and not feel like I can't get any help.

+Living with ME I think it would be nice to let people comment and I think it would become a nice little community. Unless replying to comments make you tired, which sometimes It makes me tired. I see you have an email address for questions, I think that would also help people if you do disable the comments
