on the issue of effective use of the expropriated land, we have to consider the skills set to manage the production process. It is no secrete that at times this skills set is passed on from generation to generation and that did not happen for the black farmers. As for those who worked the farms it is the case that they where not exposed to the whole profit generation process in the current westernized trading markets which were black empowerment reluctant. It is unfair to blame these and a multitude of complexities on a single man. RIP President Robert Mugabe.
