Honestly I think her being pushed off was a good long term decision. It could have easily played out to sabotaging her in later seasons if the women didn't want her around. At least this way she can speak freely, handle her business and remain well liked/remembered by the audience.

I truly enjoy hearing Mariah speak so eloquently about the importance of broadcasting that there are successful black and minority marriage in our cultrue and community because it in not a narrative that is expressed and shined upon enough. The ghetto, baby mama/ daddy, ratchet bad girls culture is overly saturated in social media and news outlets alike, and it’s skews the view of how others see our cu,true and relate or lack there of.
