@@210Designs honestly I’m having engine problems all of a sudden and haven’t touched it in a few weeks due to aggravation. I’m probably gonna take out the 4 12 wall and go blow through with a new build cuz it’s not that comfortable to ride in the truck lol. I’m 6’4 and need some more room

That’s why I always tell my customers, “build your system around your car and not the other way around”. I didn't get as much footage as I wanted but I'm adding some extra slides and some voice over to make it something good to watch. It sure was a interesting Vehicle to install in.

Thanks Mark 👊🏽 I will do my best. I’ve actually only done one other aero port build. It was for a DD18. I didn’t use foam on that one but will look into that in this build. On that first box, I recessed the outer mounting hole (flush mount) and let the fabric run long. Used it as the seal and to prevent vibrations. Customer never had an issue with it 🤙🏽

@@210Designs I was just looking @ how you were showing "the slack" maybe if you use some window or do foam insulation with the adhesive on the back maybe that would solve your slack issue🙃🙃. I have done only one aero port. After I cut my ring I laid down Reynolds wrap between port and ring and used great stuff and cut to shape fit😁😁😁. I dunno was just trying to help you solve your "problem" lol. "No problems only solutions" 😆
