@@LifeofTanyaMarieYaaaaas! 24 years ago this wasn’t a known thing and it might’ve saved my marriage lol For real tho. We lived States away from all of our family, plus I was a walking postpartum-depression zombie. My husband worked 24/7 ( although I say I did the real work 😉), I didn’t know if I was coming or going. You deserve this, Mama! You AND hubby both do. Its an investment in your marriage, your baby and your mental physical health. 💜👏🏼💯

Dont forget that. She is human like you. She doesnt highlight the struggles but even with a night nurse. I promise their life isnt without flaws. Do not compare your life to anyone else!

Everyone shaming for having a night nurse is giving I don’t know that that is and second you should suffer because I suffered 😂 you realize most successful women in the world have night nurses. In most countries this is a service that everyone has and it’s affordable. Y’all can shame me. But, I’m doing what’s best for my family and I’ll never feel shame in that 🫶🏾 nor would I ever shame a mother in general.

And you shouldn't. Your baby is cared for and loved and that's all that matters. There's a reason why new mothers develop depression and other medical issue not related to giving birth. Stress! Stress causes so many health issues. You do you and love yourself for being able to do it.

Unfortunately it shows that women are too busy being jealous and judgmental instead of supportive. They think that being a martyr is a sign of a good mom. Well we know that this is b.s. Do what’s best for you and your baby because that’s the only thing that matters.

The ones bashing her for getting help🙄 In most other countries this is normal to have help like this. Maybe women would want to have children and keep their children if they had help similar to this, especially the first 2-4 weeks after giving birth. Having a baby for some can be very dramatic and postpartum depression can sneak up on anyone. You have no idea what she’s going through or how this is helping her mentally. How about mamas supporting mamas❤ I love this for you

I feel like a lot of people see it as picking and choosing which parts of parenthood you want and which ones you don't like so you just push it onto someone else while most parents deal with good, bad and ugly no questions asked. Also people see it differently than help from family because if your family sees you just want to have all the cuddles and cute pictures but refuse to put in effort they'll just put their foot down and stop coming and a paid worker will just always do as they're told no questions asked, no thoughts, head empty.

Would have loved a night nurse, however my daughter refused anything that wasn’t my nipple. I always heard they could get nipple confusion with a bottle the other way around, like only wanting a bottle, nope, she only wanted me! That meant I was the only one that could get her back to sleep at night, I couldn’t leave her for more than 2 hours the first few months, and as she got older for more than 4 hours until her first birthday. It was really rough y’all! I didn’t have a night away from her until she was 3 years old. But she’s 16 now and I would do anything to go back to my sleep deprived but in love with her phase. So much better than the teen years lol

i find that kind of ridiculous, why have a baby just to have someone else care for it when you have no legit reasons why you can’t? I just had my baby a month ago and yes i’m exhausted but that doesn’t make me not present with my baby & anyways i love the night time feedings and cuddles between just my son and me because one day he won’t be so little anymore. Being a mother is a sacrifice.
