This video is Part 2 of making this 4 1/4" x 6 1/4" Mini Album using the North Pole Sacks from Stampin' Up as the pages. Very cool! The first video is linked below, and that's where I showed how to create and wrap the covers, and build the hinges that the North Pole Sacks (pages) attach to.
In THIS video, I'm adding pictures, creating some inserts for the pocket pages, and tarting up all of the pages and front cover.

This album finished size is 4 1/4" x 6 1/4", with a 1 1/4" spine. Hinges are 1/2", and gussets are 1/4".
Some measurements:
Photo mats: 3 3/4" x 5" (8 of those)
Pocket inserts: 5" x 7 1/2", scored in half at 3 3/4"
Cottage Gingham Designer series paper: 3 1/2" x 4 3/4" (4 - for the fronts of the pocket inserts)
pictures - 3 1/2" x 4 3/4" (16) You could possibly add one more photo to the back of each pocket insert to have 20 pictures total. It will be a snug fit
