The best way to get liquid latex off is to take a nice hot shower. Put a washcloth over the drain so nothing clogs it, and use another washcloth to remove the latex and anything else on top of it. I worked in haunted houses and that was always the easiest and least painful way.

If you do it again, take it off by softening it with olive oil or coconut oil. If you tear a little bit off here and there first, and then apply the olive oil, it will get underneath of the coding and help you peel it off much better. You won’t be in pain and they won’t be any staining.

Hi, I have done some work in film... and yeah, this is a fairly common problem. Fairly often actors just go home and forget or production didn't pay the make up artists to be there overtime after the shoot packs up and actors are left thinking "I guess I just shower then?"

Hi friends, pro tip from my makeup artist: use OIL to break the glue and paint down. It makes the process sooo much gentler and easier to remove this much makeup. Coconut or olive oil are my go-to but i think pretty much any food-grade oil works. Then soap breaks down the oil and everything else at the same time!
