If I don't feel like making individual pancakes I pour the batter in a 9X13 pan and bake it then cut in squares. Easy peasy.

@@SkylarWhitmire usually 350 degrees I would check around 15 minutes and go from there. It depends on your oven and altitude. Do a toothpick or fork test. Sometimes I do an egg scramble and put in a separate dish and cook both in oven.

@@lisaloonin1087 I have a friend that feeds a large family. She makes a batch of biscuit dough. Pours it into a 9 x 13 pan, scores the batter with a knife and bakes it. Makes great square biscuits (because she did not handle the dough,).

Love breakfast for dinner. Get Ryder in the kitchen to do the pancakes. Would love some episodes of you teaching the boys how to cook, especially budgeting and how to look at what is in the pantry & fridge and figure out a menu. I think that would relate to a lot of young people out there.

Great meals again Brooke! I truly look forward to your videos 😊. Hubby and I went to the food pantry for the first time today and they were just the most loveliest of people! So helpful and caring, I couldn't believe how much they gave everyone. If you need help please listen to Brooke as there is no shame for needing a hand up. Once you get over the embarrassment of your first trip it's no biggie, feeding your family is more important than anything else. God bless everyone in these troubling times!!

Put the lid on and shake until your butter is done add salt to taste we always loved the hot bread and this butter.

New subscriber from Ottawa Ontario Canada , I really enjoy your videos and your down to earth sweet nature. Food is insanely expensive here, as well as gas, housing and rents. 10 pounds of potatoes here 8 dollars. A package of hot dog weiners 6 dollars, small container peanut butter 8 dollars. We refuse to pay these prices. Tomorrow we're getting potatoes at 1.97 for 10 lb bag. We plan On buying 3 bags. My kids are now all grown adults, my husband and I have no idea how younger people can afford to feed their young families today, but you show them how. God bless you!

I make this easy meal for my family of 3 and always have leftovers. With all the mix of peppers you have thought this might be helpful in the future. It's also easy to double to feed more and to alter ingredients. Unstuffed pepper 1 lb. ground beef 1 - 10 oz. jar favorite pasta sauce As much peppers and onions as you want/like, chopped to your desire 1 ¼ cup water 1 cup instant rice Brown your meat and season to taste Cook the peppers and onions in some oil season to taste. Add the sauce along with the water to the meat and veg mix and season. Add rice and simmer until tender. {Side note I do use instant rice you can use other rice just adjust accordingly} I normally top mine with shaky cheese
