The power of the Golden Demise turned out to be the best weapon the Vortaak could have hoped for. King Ghidorah not only dutifully gathered the power surges, but he also easily crushed any insurgent humans and monsters with the increase in power. But after Earth's subjugation was complete, it soon became evident that Ghidorah's aid came with a price, for he reveled in destruction, and was all too happy to turn his power against the Vortaak, as well as his former comrades. And when the Ghidorah was done laying waste to Earth and the Vortaak, he departed into space once again, eagerly awaiting the next world he would encounter.

Epilogue idea: "The King of Terror served the Vortaak well. Almost too well. His relentless sadism was almost destroying too much of Earth leaving little to subjugate. Especially after he grew stronger from the crystals. And given his love of whole-sale genocide of entire worlds, the Vortaak had to develop a contingency for if they ever lost control over him. Using Ghidorah's own DNA, they would create a new monster to use if he ever went rogue. "Monster X" would be loyal to the Vortaak completely, and perhaps be stronger than his predecessor."

Interestingly, King Ghidorah's theme plays in game only on versus mode, while in story mode it never plays. While for King Caesar it's the other way around.

After defeating SpaceGodzilla and conquering Earth, the Vortakk relinquished their control over King Ghidorah and attempted to trap him in a black hole. Although successful, the Vortakk failed to realize that SpaceGodzilla was trapped in the very same black hole after his defeat. Near death, SpaceGodzilla transferred his remaining essence into King Ghidorah, granting Ghidorah far greater power. Now with the ability to harness all crystal surges, King Ghidorah quickly escaped his confinement and traveled to Earth so he could confront the Vortakk for the last time

The game is very creative each time in the story there are trust bars like earth defenders, GDF, alien, and mutants if you have full trust bars each one of them they will not attack you if you dont have there trust they will see you as a enemy Earth defenders trust increase: destroy the crystals Alien trust increase: take crystal power from another monster who possesses it Mutants trust increase: destroy buildings GDF: protect the city from all monsters Now the decreases Earth defender: dont destroy the crystals and take crystal power Alien: destroying the crystals Mutants: protecting the buildings GDF: destroy the city
