While Dan brings actual scholarship to bear on the discussion, the OP's argument is merely "nuh-uh!" and trying to invoke anti-Mormonism as a defense... which falls completely flat because nothing Dan says is contingent upon any Mormon belief.

In your last point, I would like to add a note. The scientific method assumes you have biases. That is why the proper method of disagreeing with a scholar's assertions is to debate them based on the evidence, not on pointless ad hominems. We all have biases and opinions, but facts do not.

The arrogance of this creator challenging a biblical scholar when he is clearly pushing a religious dogma and trades in massive ad hominem and sectarian abuse.

The idea that many people will look at this entire saga that can be boiled down to a simple case of, "No, you," and think that this guy's really got Dan here on the ropes is kinda frightening to me.

I'm just disappointed this isn't part 4 of a 100 part series. The masterful dissection of PPMT's severely flawed arguments seems like the best way to educate the masses and to beautifully demonstrate the purpose of Dan's vocation.

Dan, I have watched a lot of your videos and this was the first time I have learned that you were in LDS. That is a complement I hope you can appreciate, you never let anything get in the way of scholarship
