I found myself subconsciously holding my breath many times while listening to Yesung's live singing. Yesung really sings with his heart. Yes he sings with ALL his heart and soul and passion.
I always wanted to say that it's quite sad (may be this is not the best word to use here) that he always gets the hardest part to sing, like super high and long notes and complicated ad lib etc, cos when you have so many difficult parts one song after another, you're bound to get tired and occasionally make some mistakes. But we all can see that our Yesung always gives his best at every song no matter how tired he is, and that's why his voice truly touched our hearts.
Yesung is, and forever will be the voice of Super Junior (of cos together with Ryeowook and Kyuhyun). I cannot imagine Suju songs without Yesung's voice. But I have to come to term with it. Watching SS5 fancam in S.America, "It's you", "So I" etc without Yesung's voice, without Yesung's signature ad lib, arrgh that instant, you just feel a tight squeeze of your heart and an overwhelming emptiness T.T But you will also find yourself, inside your head, hearing Yesung's voice, how he used to sing those songs, how beautiful his voice is, as if he never leaves and is still right here, singing for you. That's how deeply his voice has etched onto our hearts.
For these 2 years, SS5 without Yesung's voice, Suju album without Yesung's voice, it will be a huge torment. We have to hang on guys, keep rewatching these amazing live singing videos while we wait for our Yesung to come back.
I wish I could have included more songs and longer cuts. There are just too many. There is no particular reason for the song order. It's purely random (like our Yesung :D). At first, I wanted to say the last few songs are really some of the most amazing live singing done by Yesung, but each time I rewatch the video, I realize all of them are equally amazing and all are my favorites. There's no one best cos ALL ARE GREAT! Song list is as such:
