Wow Super job! I was waiting for the train to be robbed. A western movie could be made here!

LOL. I know that Eric recently installed Bigfoot on his layout (somewhere!), but I suppose a budding train robbery is not going to excape his imagination either!

Beautiful layout! One comment: At about 4:15 in, you say the internal combustion engine hadn't been invented in 1895. It was actually invented several decades earlier. By 1895 Karl Benz had been selling ICE-powered automobiles in Germany for nearly a decade. Granted, there weren't a lot of ICEs in the northwestern U.S. in 1895 yet.

Thank you very much for catching this important error in my narration! Do you know what sort of fuel(s) these early ICE automobiles in Germany ran on?

@@muchfunwithtrains Sorry, I don't know. I suspect our mutual friend Dr. Google might, though.

I'll try that, but as I recall, some of the early ICE's could run on several different types of fossil fuels, depending on what was available in their area.

I actualley prefer the headlight off .... The light shows every time you lose power.... like over an unpowered frog

You make a good point. I think many of us novices were influenced by early John Allen photos of his steamers with bright lights on during the day. But, before there were so many cars, there wasn't such a focus on grade crossing safety, so they didn't run the headlights on during the day when they could see perfectly well...

Hello and I hope your day or night is going well whenever you read this I've had a question about your home layout for awhile and this is your most recent video so I'd like to ask where your layout actually is like what city it is in?

My layout is located in Seattle, WA, USA, and so is the one featured in this "Part 92" video about Eric Vannice's layout.
