Sir quick question, 9:18 u said bronchoconstriction but then u showed a constriction bronchiole,so does it mean constriction of the bronchioles or bronchus?

I would like to mention that the LRT isn't sterile and in fact is the cause of some processes of pneumonia (although the most common one is inhalation of exogenous pathogenes)
