On behalf of job seekers, I want to warn all companies who shortlist 100 people to come for interviews yet they need only 5 employees...u reach on interviews u find it's like they have called the whole BBA class from MUBS.. Please employers u need to be careful on this issues ( always call minimum number that matches with people u need to employ) otherwise u waste our transport and time. In my opinion u can aswell call for online interviews then those who pass online interviews to continue with physical oral interviews For the case of salary expectation we are tired of that question as a company u need to set standard salaries.
