Binteum is gaps, or flaws, just translate that if you are going to translate it.. The show is about being relaxed and natural, forgetting your idol image and be okay with making mistakes.. You say you understand 99% and that your translation is more than 80% accurate but, and I will give you credit, you did a decent job with the most of the translation, but it is not that high.. And you really just summed up the conversation you did not transcribe it and do a literal accurate translation.. You dropped key points of what is being said. You said you translated only what you know but when you do that, and you drop half of one side of a dialog because you didn't catch it or you didn't really understand the expressions being used, context and meaning are lost.. It's commendable your efforts.. But you really need to humble yourself as to your actual result. You feel your translation is better than 80% accurate and that is JUST NOT THE CASE. You didn't even translate 80% of the dialog in the 30 min clip here. Why would you say that? I guess you mean that you feel that of the 60-70% of the dialog you attempted to translate, that you got more than 80% of that right.. But math doesn't work like that. 80% of 70% isn't more than 80% of the whole thing.. Let me ask you.. Did you make a transcription yourself of the video in Korean? Because to accurately translate, YOU must make a transcription. If you don't do this important 1st step (any translator will tell you) You can not claim a high level of accuracy. Even a native speaker can't claim a high level of accuracy without an accurate transcription. Just going off the audio is going to lead to translation errors. People miss hear things. Korean words sound similar, context is important. If you failed to type out a transcription before you started to translate there is absolutely no way to be highly accurate.. There just isn't.. I am sorry..

I also apologize for translating when I don’t have a professional team. Even though I am just nobody and have less than 100 subscribers, how dare I made a video with subtitles. I am so sorry that I had no info on the famous channel and twitter accounts you mentioned, but still tried to translate ITZY contents. I should have asked permission before posting it since I must not have understood Korean 100% even though I speak Korean. It seems you’re watching the whole process of how I edit the clips, understand the context, translate and post. Why don’t you become my boss? That way, it will be much easier. ITZY must be so proud to have a fan like you, especially when you are doing this having one of the member’s pictures on your profile. ( I asked so many times not to speak in that way as MIDZY on the last video, but you didn’t accept ) + Everyone knows what Binteum means since I explained it on the first video.
