He likely split the level into several parts and did them individually, inserting them into one in the end. The gd editor is the bottleneck, not a computer.

The dedication and amount of patience to build all this and imagine the amount of testing he has to do to make this work out and not fail and redo many things to make it smooth and run perfectly the way he wants it. This is beyond hard work.

@@jonatanpl3899the PC version Is barely optimised plus it's 32 bit only so It can use lessi ram that's why It crashes, GD tries ti load more objects than the allocated ram can store and It crashes, you Need the 4gb patch to play It with decent frame rate on pc

If you arnt a turbo nerd and dont know how he made this, Ill try to explain this as simple as I can. Geometry dash's editor runs on your computer therefore you can edit the save file of your level in your file explorer on your computer. He wrote a python (a programming language) script that would take a video and turn it into a 24fps frame by frame animation in GD by altering the save file. he then made the video in a free 3d software called blender. all of the other stuff like the cube and trails and pilot ship are custom for each level. Hope this helps!

@@juestone yes, i know that, i'm saying he didn't use the code that turns video frames into a video, because that uses machine learning to generate the frame, but instead is using actual objects to create the things you see in the level. i'm really bad at explaining things for beginners at programming so sorry if this is hard to understand

@@tauon_ yes the code turns the frames of the video into gd objects to make it look like the video clip. The code also uses move triggers to move objects that are the same later on to reuse objects. Point is, he didn’t make all the objects by hand.

@@juestone that's what i'm saying - he's not using the code that uses random objects and move triggers from that video - he's using actual objects that represent those things (for example, rather than random transparent circles and squares overlapping that represent shrek, he used one yellow square and one orange gradient with some other shapes to represent the gd cube). hope this helps! ^^
