Biggest peace if crap made, and the tech line is always busy. Been 2 weeks and still can't get ahold of anyone to update firmware

Bought the bdx, will not work. I used the device updater( which is Bull$hit in the first place it should come updated) and it said it can read my Camaro and it is supported. Plug it back into the car and I still get error 13002. I'ma just keep letting everyone know not to buy from this company till they fix the issue

This means that the device doesn't recognize the vehicle info in our database as a supported vehicle. Make sure the wifi signal is strong. Read vehicle info and try again. The most common reason for this error is having an updated calibration in your ECU that we have not yet seen
