INGREDIENTS
Black eye beans
corned beef
smoked mackerel or canned one
boiled eggs
scotch bonnets
Bell peppers
Onions
Stock powder
6 Stock cubes
8 Cloves of Garlic
2 thumb size ginger
1 tbs of nutmeg
1 tbs of paprika
2 tbsp of stock powder
cooking oil
salt
