I literally just watched this right before my interview and although the questions weren't spot on, it was close enough to what was asked that by just thinking about and taking notes on how I would answer, it prepared me and psyched me up for the interview. Thanks!

I worked for enterprise competitor and worked my way up quickly.. unfortunately the company doesn’t want you to grow too fast and wants to juice you while paying you low wages and having you work tons and tons. The skills I learned are highly valuable but I don’t recommend staying any longer than a year, start interviewing with other companies around the 7-8 months that you’re with these types of companies.

Hey man, thank you- your videos have been helpful in my job search so far. Can I ask, since you've done a video for this- Does Enterprise therefore sponsor tier 4 students for their graduate management trainee programs?
@JobReadyEnglish

Yes they are shown as sponsors. Individual programmes are down to the employer and salary requirements buddy

I have worked at enterprise and I have done my mba and worked as a financial analyst. Enterprise is actually not a great place to learn about business. Its actually quite horrible, you'll learn about customer service and how to sell their way but thats about it. There are better opportunities out there.

I concur with your statement and after I left Enterprise I also completed an MBA. However, they give relatively inexperienced people an opportunity to develop their professional careers.

I did something like that at Hertz. It is trying to recover vehicles that were never returned to the rental site or damaged and often left on the side of a room.

@seancohen81
@seancohen81 2 жыл бұрын
@@Robotkiller14 Very stale work environment. Everything is overly corporate feeling. Lots of unnecessary pressure and stress. Customers can be downright awful. Friend of mine was transferred to three different stores in one year when he worked there. I could make a longer list but the cons far outweigh the pros. I would suggest getting a job elsewhere but you might not be in a position to be more choosey. Keep an open mind. Feel it out. At least go for the interview experience if you are in need of some. Remember they are interviewing you, but you are also interviewing them. It's not a one way street. Best of luck!
