So the trick seems to be that should break the impact on the knees by landing your hands first. I think I would like Jeff as a teacher. He might be high but he spits the truth!

if the person on bottom is properly applying weight onto your hips I feel that dropping will be easy. but I'm gonna try it anyway.

Break all grips before tying to do most passes or almost anything. That’s what I had trouble with in general, I would set stuff up but they had grips and I could do nothing
