Sweetcorn & Cheese Samoosa Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1 cup, sweetcorn
- 1 copped onion
- 1 chopped clove of garlic
- chopped dhania (corriander)
- 1.5 chopped chilies
- grated cheese
- Samoosa Pastry strips
- Salt
- Oil
- a little cake flour and water (Acts as an adhesive for the samoosa pastry)
- Paper towels

Where to buy the "Sam-moosa" pastry ?

Hi Bruce. As far as we're aware, most grocery stores such as Spar and Checkers stock this pastry. Where about are you?
