This is such valuable content. I love how you describe how a task such as “call insurance company” can be broken down into small, more achievable tasks and then time-blocked. Not sure where I am on the ADHD spectrum, because it wasn’t really diagnosed in schools when I was young. Brainstorming is my playground; then I’m paralyzed at the task level for tasks that overwhelm me (sometimes because those tasks involve chaotic/ over-stimulating “noise” such as talking to strangers on the phone or dealing with someone who talks over me or talks about something that is not aligned with my own racing thoughts). The passion planner is now certainly on my radar for 2023 planners…

Thank you for watching Jacque! Yes, I feel a big part of this is accepting ADHD and reorganizing my routine, skills and time for it instead of forcing my life to look like others.

@@pleestationeryteahouse agreed! For too long I was feeling bad about myself for not being able to have the “it girl” routine, but being new diagnosed I’m trying my best to have it work WITH me rather than AGAINST me.

Do you use the daily or weekly version more?

I actually usually use the weekly in the medium size. It helps to have an overview of the entire week.

@@pleestationeryteahouse , do you use the passion planner daily or another daily planner too? I also have the hobo nichi cousin planner. Which daily pages do you like better hobo techo or passion planner daily?
