Ano po yung mga pros and cons na dapat kong malaman and mapag handaan and yung mga current struggles niyo po. Sa may Nuvali po kasi yung target ko medyo promising yung location. Di ko nga lang sya i-fufull payment, downpayment terms lang po gagawin ko hehe and once na TO na hopefully nakasave na ko ng pang full nun, worst case is bank financing pero hopefully mapa rent ko naman sya at that time para nag seself liquidate si property. Still deciding palang po atm

oh same field.. meron akong 24 doors studio units 3 storey building with monthly income of 120k.. at age 23 i won't get all the credit since tinulungan ako mama at papa sa pagpapatayo non inabot din ng 4-5m ung cost of building.. hirap magipon kahit engineer nako
