Nurses do have low salary but as soon as my workplace gave a huge increase plus a pandemic at the side that had kept me from impulsive spending, I had enough to get a property and I'm in my 2nd year paying for it. If I may add with short term rentals, somehow or sometimes the location is not a main criteria to determine whether it fit for STR, but the presentation of the property itself, say, it's a rental unit that has amenities, like buying a raw land (even a relatively small one), then developing the property into a villa with a cocktail pool, like the ones you'd frequently see in Bali.

How did you came up with 19,444 rental rate using pr ratio? In my computation 2,800,000/12 x 12 = 2,800,000

but ganoon yung 2,800,000 divide 12 months is equal to 233,333 x 12 =2,800,000 back to where i started
