You could have included FD rates in UAE, for FAB's Isave the rate is 5.2% per anu and 115k AED will generate 500 AEDper month similarly for us treasuries as well

Dewa ka bill around 500 hai abhi ..it comes inclusing water ...DU ka bill bhi comes around 670 if u need specialized package to watch regional channel..But 500 can cover ur dining , online food , cabs and atleast 2 weeks of grocery and daily veg , fish ,nonveg

Us stocks is good option for long term 5 plus years ..Dubai real estate is good but bit of a question mark going forward when oil may lose its luster...Pak stocks n real estate ? Dont know what can happen in this country in one month , let alone several years ...hopefully the worst is over , stocks seem to have already hit a peak though

That’s 4.8% annual return. WIO bank is offering 5.5% instead. Moreover, what is that you think video is not making sense?
