At first I was skeptical about the 25 minute wip but I get it now. Goddamn. It's so freaking smooth like just look at it?? The personalities all feel so accurate too, as well as the designs. This is so well done omg. I can't wait for the full episode.

OHMYGODKDEKJAHDIOUEVWYUDVTHAWVGREYIG (1) ITS SO SMOOTH!! THE AMOUNT OF SCEENSHOTS MAKE EVERY ACTION SOOO PRECISE AND MAKES THE WHOLE VIDEO LOOK *SOOOO* MUCH CLEANER!! Not to mention the editing?? I loved how you added things in front of and behind characters to make the world feel more 3-dimensional rather than flat and 2d. (2) THE BUILD UP!!! I loved how you took a while to properly get everything settled down before jumping straight into the reaction; it makes the whole video feel more canon since it wouldn’t make sense for them to immediately accept their situation. Plus, I thought it was nice how you quickly explained Ranpo’s logic at the beginning. It was a small detail but I think it gets the point across that he’s smart without over exaggerating it and providing no clues as to how he reached his conclusion. (3) the reactions feel like how they would react in canon!! They’re not oblivious and notice tiny details, they can make observations, they are able to figure stuff out, and their personalities clearly impact how they digest the information given to them. Plus, Atsushi’s mental breakdown?? I feel bad for saying this but that was such a unique thing to add!! (4) I feel like I should reiterate how good the editing is, considering it feels like I’m watching a movie. The camera angles, the sound effects/bg music, the added props, the effects for atsushi’s breakdown…… it’s all so good!! (5) ranpo’s and fukuzawa’s heartfelt moment at the end was so cute 😭😭 I will keep editing this comment as I watch!!

This is THE reaction video. The amount of detail and work put into this is unbelievable. The reactions are so good and the interaction between the characters are amazing. The song is not overwhelming and the background choices are so good. The little animations are the cherry on top, especially the garden with the butterflies. And the fact that this is only a WIP is hard to believe. This literally made my day and I am so happy that we have someone like you in this community. Keep up with the work!! 💗

I just realized mabye the reason Dazai doesn't give Akutagaua his approval is because if somebody is living for the approval of another once they get it they finished their mission, there's no reason left to live and so they just commit it...

Ik and that just made me think how in the anime when dazai gave him aprovel afterwards it would play to his plan of using him as (spoiler) sacrifice in a way for his plan like a pawn showing dazai thinking i saw that in a manga spoiler so im not enterily accurate

The way this is formatted and written is so pleasing and easy to understand. And their reactions feel so much more accurate than many that I’ve seen. They get really dramatic, and while it is a possibility they could react like that it just never sat right with me. Also all the interactions outside of the videos was very nice. there's just so much to compliment this video on! The character design is fabulous, the background and prop placement (even if they weren't made by you, you still credited them) is very nice, the lore/story you put and the way you portray all the different characters and the interactions you make them have with each other is so seamless and very canon to their anime selves, I love the way you differentiate thinking and talking in the video, the way you build up to more concerning videos is really nice, the voice you put for yourself really matches the situation and helps me feel the atmosphere, and again i must say that the way you pay attention to each characters way of thinking and their likes (like kenji and cows) makes me love this video! I don't mean to ramble but there's just so much to love

This is the first one (reaction video) i found that that had sound effect & smooth editing! Also one of the few that had an actual beginning! I love it! The only part of the video i would personally recommend to change would be when a character is speak and the text appears on the bottom to perhaps change it so i would be more visible in the bottom right of the screen? I find it hard to read but that could be to do with my iPad settings…

Holy cow. You might be one of my biggest inspirations for G(C)RVs in the future. Okay so, to shorten my comment, I wholeheartedly agree with everyone -- the cutscenes are amazing (not enough people do them, let alone nowadays) and despite them being under a minute or so in length, they say so much and bring life to the story you're trying to tell, the animation is flawless, the designs are so visually appealing (especially with your main OC), the length of the video itself is admirable AND it's not even finished, the little details with the text*, how every character has their voice and even has a chance to figure it out (Kyoka), the characterization is so canon and the reactions perfectly balance canon, realistic and comedic. Overall, I'm invested and I can't wait for more. (AND GOOD ART ON THE THUMBNAIL) I'll admit I was skeptical at first (SSK/Dazai reactions are so overrated but I fortunately succumbed due to the fact it was a long ass reaction video). The only criticism I have is the text. The black text for dialogue isn't able to seen at the ends. Mayhaps use the black borders and switch the text from black to white, have some sort of background under it and/or put an outline around the text so it's visible? That's all I could muster as this is legit a masterpiece ❤❤❤ TL;DR: you ate and licked the plate clean (as u should queen 🤧✊✨🙏), you got a new sub✌️ Questions: What video editing app do you use? As it y'know doesn't have a watermark and you were able to export such a high quality and 25+ min video

I don't comment really often on reaction videos but damn that's fire, like nothing is rushed and nothing is too slow. It is so nice to not have a hundred of thirsts traps before starting and the characters were reacting pretty realistically, they were picking up on clue but not guessing everything that's so nicd ❤❤❤ I can't wait to watch the full thing, mainly the actual soukoku part (I really hope you'll have enough motivation and inspiration to finish because really that is sooo great) (Sorry for my English i try my best) ♥️♥️♥️

i don't usually leave long comments but HOOLYYY SHIT. I'M GAGGED AND THIS IS SO GOOD SO I'LL BE WRITING EVERYTHING I LOVE ABOUT THIS WIP. first of all, this REALLY set a HIGHHH standard for a gacha reaction vid. like the CUTSCENES???? a whole cinematic experience. mwah, PERFECT. character designs? BANGER. I've seen MANY reaction videos and most of the time, the aesthetic is great, but it severely lacks depth. never really felt like a "reaction" where the characters are reacting and more like a display of tiktok videos for us viewers. I've only seen VERY FEW (i can totally count with my fingers) where the reaction vid feels more like a movie (which i LOVE), and yours made it to the TOP of my list.!! it has a plot and the characters are actually showing their personalities! AND THE GARDEN SCENE OOOOH THE GARDEN SCENE;; BIRDS LYING, BUTTERFLIES FLUTTERING, IM GOING TO JUMP OFF IT WAS SO EYEGASMING. multiple thoughts from different characters during the video playing?? absolutely sick. interaction between characters? SO GOOD and SOOO in character, i cannot stress this enough. I ADORE when characters actually notice little details from the videos (our beloved detectives
