Hey, this isn’t confirmed or anything at all, but there is a very interesting theory that Yuji’s physical prowess and indomitable soul are the result of a heavenly restriction that sacrificed Yuji’s innate technique that he would have been born with in exchange for an immensely stronger body and stronger soul. Kenjaku’s plan could have been to create a new type of human/sorcerer that has the best of both worlds in the sense that Yuji has a strong body and soul from a heavenly restriction like Maki and Toji, while still having cursed energy, and, as of now in the manga, even cursed-techniques as well. If we look at Yuji, he was born with a naturally superhuman body, awakened his cursed-energy, contained and suppressed Sukuna’s soul, experienced black-flash repeatedly, awakened/gained a cursed-technique/cursed-techniques supposedly by “eating” his death womb painting siblings, and learned how to perform the RCT in order to heal himself. The only advantages that exist in the JJK verse that Yuji hasn’t already acquired or achieved, would be: an immunity against domain barriers, inapplicability of (most) domains’ sure-hit effect, a second mouth for chanting, a second set of arms for handsigns and close-quarters combat, the six-eyes, the ability to turn himself into a cursed-object, a maximum-technique/supreme-art, a domain expansion(as far as we know), the ability to output the positive energy produced by the RCT (like Shoko, Yuta and Sukuna), the ability to use RCT to heal Cursed-Technique burnout, the ability to perceive cursed-spirits and invisible objects/techniques with just the five senses, falling blossom emotion, simple domain (as far as we know), and domain amplification (as far as we know). Those are literally all of the major adavantages or abilities/skills that exist in JJK that Yuji has yet to show the capability to do. I can’t think of anything else he can’t do or doesn’t have.
