INGREDIENTS:
For Red Sauce:
* Tomato(टमाटर) - 4 Piece
* Water(पानी) - Some
* Oil(तेल) - Some
* Garlic(लहसुन) - 4-5
* Onion(प्याज) - 2 Spoon
* Green Chilli(हरी मिर्च) - 1
* Chili Flakes(चिली फलैक्स) - 1 Spoon
* Oregano(ऑरेगैनो) - 1 Spoon
* Black Pepper Powder(काली मिर्च पाउडर) - Some
* Salt(नमक) - Some
* Kashmiri Red Chili Powder(कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1 Spoon
* Tomato Ketchup(टमाटर केचप) - 3 Tbsp
For Pasta:
* Wheat Flour Dough(गेहूं का आटा) - 1 Bowl
* Oil(तेल) - Some
* Salt(नमक) - Some
* Kashmiri Red Chili Powder(कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - Some
For Red Sauce Pasta:
* Garlic Butter(लहसुन मक्खन)
* Capsicum(शिमला मिर्च)
* Green Chilli(हरी मिर्च)
* Onion(प्याज)
* Frozen Corns(फ्रोजन कॉर्न्स)
* Salt(नमक)
* Black Pepper Powder(काली मिर्च पाउडर)
* Chili Flakes(चिली फलैक्स)
* Oregano(ऑरेगैनो)
* Cheese(चीज़)
RECIPE:
For Red Sauce, take some Tomatoes, wash them & cut on them like x. In a large vessel with hot boiling water, drop Tomato & boil for 5 minutes. Drain off and peel the skin of the Tomatoes. Blend to smooth paste & keep aside.
Keep the pan on the flame, put some Oil, finely chopped Garlic, Onion & Green Chilli, some Chilli Flakes, Oregano, Black Pepper Powder, some Salt, groud Tomato Puree, Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder & Tomato Ketchup. Cover & cook till it releases its Oil or until tomato puree is cooked thoroughly.
For Pasta, in a Kadai keep Water boiling by adding some Oil. Firstly, in a bowl, take some Wheat Flour Dough, Oil, Salt & Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder & mix all well by kneading. Once the water comes to a boil, then cut the Wheat Flour Dough into a Pasta shape with the help of scissors & direct put it in boiling water. Boil for 10-12 minutes, or until the pasta is cooked, drain off the pasta and keep aside.
For Red Sauce Pasta, keep the pan on the flame, put some Garlic Butter, chopped Capsicum, Green Chilli, Onion, Frozen Corns, Salt, Black Pepper Powder, Chilli Flakes, Oregano, Red Sauce & then put boiled Pasta in it and mix well. Finally, grate some Cheese & cook for a while by covering it. Serve the very Tasty & enjoy Red Sauce Pasta without Pasta.
