The influence of Arctic Monkeys always shows and it’s never a bad thing. This is evening music for a drive or a walk. So sentimental and dreamlike. Just love the reverb and tremelo. She’s and her band mates are so well knit.

I have listened to her new album, The Archer, on repeat since it dropped and I'm so happy this video exists because I couldn't make her show in LA and I was SO SAD.

I also couldn't make her shows on 6/28, 11/19 but I caught her on 2/15 at The Pico Union Project. Great show, she seemed very shy on stage.

The band is very sensitive to the songs. Very good playing. Mel also adds just the right contrast. She’s a great player. Her violin bits and lead guitar bits are extraordinary.
