In representation of the "old school membership saints of Rising Sun Baptist" from 1977, you were chosen by that congregation to minister us. We not only loved your preaching, style of dressing, and approachable manner as I was a child of thirteen, but you could sing a song afterwards like no other with the backing of whichever choir turn it was to sing on that particular Sunday. During the forty-eight years I can say there were many good and sometimes challenging times but all was in God's plan. You and my mother, Rosalie P. Cooper had an unique and interesting relationship over the many years up until her homegoing in 2012 in which you delivered her eulogy. Both of you were Libras attempting to balance out each other scales in life. (lol) When I think of those times it brings joy to my heart and a smile to my face. You even knew my dad who would only come to RSBC if I or my mom were participating in something extra at church. The last time I spoke with you a few years back over the phone we had a good conversation and I still have the photo of us from 2017 in my phone always. I may have stopped attending RSBC but it's foundation has always been with me from Rev. Moore, Rev. Haskill and during your ministry. May you rest in heavenly power and peace with Him in the Father's House. Please tell all of the RSBC family I truly miss them all and I hope to see them when God says to me "It is time to come home". Praise the Lord! I miss my pastor Harry E Bunsen so much my pastor for 48 years, a man of faith, love encourage and ar sweet Gospel House of faith l we arr still carry it on some of what he taught us, his spirit is with us everywhere we go. Prayer, love and blessings to my first lady sister Betty J. Bronson and family. Pastor Bronson work was finally finished. God knew it was time ⏲️ nevertheless we was ready to let our pastor go.that's Why God had to step in. Rest in peace 🙏 Until we all get there.
