Hello Gary, You should learn and practice to speak over your own body and life in the name of Jesus (whether using drugs or not), because times come when something beyond drugs or your money would come up but if you've been practising, your faith would have been strong enough. However, right now I rebuke the infections or anything causing the sore throat and difficulty in swallowing to be destroyed NOW in the name of Jesus!

So my above reply also applies to those that ask (either sincerely or sarcastically) if you should pray for everything, even when hungry too. And to add to the above, to be humble and sincere I have had to pray a few times while I was literally hungry, but that was because I didn't have any means. But even when you do have the means, give thanks for the means. That's faith! So be it your health, finances, emotional needs, and so on, It is when you believe that it was Yahweh that supplied it when you had it, that you would ask Him when you seem to be lacking it. So practice and exercise your faith for the evil day, because "the more you sweat in peace, the less you bleed in war WHEN it comes".
