If you put an atheist,agnostic,communist,Muslim,Jew,Christian Catholic,animists, Protestant,Hindu,in a science or math class all eventually will come to the same truth. If you now place them in theology school,seminary, dealing with BELIEF you will have a debate settling nothing as all these sects,denominations are allowed to run wild with statements that are contradictory to math,science,history,logic ,even itself. Dealing with BELIEF is a lot different than dealing with knowledge. The Church initially got into education because secular knowledge and discovery was exposing much error in the Biblical scriptures. Galileo had to repent the truth in order to avoid excommunication. Eventually truth will win out with true science destroying just purely emotional religious beliefs.
