thank you for this massage, i almost lost my life, my family, my home because the ministry. I just have to close up the church so that I can come back to God more

I was raised in the Building(church), I was in the choir, church secretary, was cooking for every event, attended every pagan event, cleant the building every other week(alone), did not ask for a dime for any of the services I provided, but I was doing everything wrong an God decided to show me an thats when I knew I was doing it all wrong, ALL God wanted was my heart, I now read God's word with an understanding, an I try everyday to walk in Gods word, an yes my heart belongs to the Holy Spirit. No more buildings, I am the Church.

My mom was a minister and pastor all my life. She shared with me what my grandmother would say, just because you’re at church every time the doors open does not mean you’re saved. I learned to say NO and rest in it.

I had a vision of my sister who is active in ministry doing too much. I watched a video online of her services in which she tarried in the service for over four hours. She looked extremely exhausted and out of breath. I felt compelled to inform my parents of what I observed. I thought mom would be able to relay the message of concern to her. I honestly felt she was in need of a break and needed to spearhead others to carry some of the weight in ministry. I didn’t think it went over well however today while lying in bed I received this confirmation video as a notification. I don’t follow Reginald Sharpe so there was no way for this exact revelation to end up in my feed. I immediately forwarded it to my sister. I thank God for being mindful of all creation. If you are ever unsure the creator is speaking clear to you just be patient and wait for the confirmation. I’m overjoyed today and assured that God is not threw with me yet.

Amen!! Jesus has already died for the church and we don't have to die for the church. I've lived by this revelation of Jesus for about the last five years. I will not sacrifice my family on the Alta of ministry ever again.

This is the best message I have ever listened to. I come from Africa that most of our citizens dies for the church . They delegate all their time to the church and forget about themselves and family.

Balance in both ministry and general life is a must and balance is different for everyone. Sometimes you have to keep some people at a healthy arms length distance so that they will not spiritually and mentally drain you.

Nothing is wrong with going to church. Is when we serve the church instead of God, thats the problem. The church (building) is an Idol to some of us. A RELATIONSHIP WITH GOD IS WHAT MATTER.
