Another good one is power stance blood Nagakiba bc the base buildup is 84 and if you put double slash ash of war on it, you have a better Rivers of blood.

I just started a dex arc build a couple days ago and really wanted to base it around reduvia, life saver

People hype up Rivers of Blood but honestly Reduvia is carrying me through my DEX+ARC playthrough more effectively. Kind of the odd thing about this game, usually it's the early game weapons that end up being the most useful.

I just need to say if your going for this build now (in this point in time or later) dont go for rotten winged sword insignia, go for millicents prosthesis and get the winged sword insignia instead since you cant get both from millicent. And either wait for ng+ to get it or just have a friend drop it if they dont need it themselves.

Another fun Dex + Arc build that I've been messing around with is a vamp/lifesteal build: Blood-infused Butchering Knife with Wild Strikes, and Serpent God's CS in your off-hand. For talismans: Ritual Shield, Swaddling Cloth, Taker's Cameo (swap for something else against bosses), and whatever fourth talisman you want. Optionally, if you defeat Malenia early enough, you can throw on her Great Rune as well (shame those don't carry over to NG+). Hold L2 and walk forward menacingly. Bleed procs & Wild Strikes' hyper armor give you all the damage output you need, so you're free to stack healing & defense. Crimson Amber/Erdtree's Favor are good, since you're healing for a % of your max health, and Dragoncrest pairs really well with Ritual Shield's 30% damage negation.

I actually prefer bloodboil aromatic to FGMS, since Reduvia deals exclusively physical damage you're missing out on 1/2 of the spell. Bloodboil also stacks with GV, but FGMS is probably more accessable than perfumes

Try dual wielding them. The bleed is insane

Challenge! Beat this: Quality Banished knight Greatsword Storm Blade 60 dex/str (Everything I see focuses on Dex OR Str but Storm Blade and BKGS scale with quality so Dex AND Str must be better)

Reduvia with a blood misericorde is my favorite dagger powerstance

If you use the reduvia ash of war you can also hit the enemy with the weapon pretty much doubling your dps

For me I use it with the Great Knife or whatever it’s called, the bleed pairs well together and it blended even dlc bosses.

I'd replace flame grant me strength with bloodboil aromatic, more damage, gives stamina, lasts 2x longer, the only downside is the added squishiness (pretty much nullified by golden vow, tho)

Wow, who would've guessed that. L.O.B. Exultation, Shard of Alexander, Milicent's and the Rotten Winged Sword Insignia. And throw in Flame GMS and Golden Vow for a change. I'm sprinting to the living room rn to try this out...

I would replace flame grant me strength with howl of shabriri since reduvia doesn't have fire damage the howl gives more damage

It's +15 dex as the cracked tear gives +10 and Millicent Prosthesis gives +5

That precise talisman combination is only possible in NG+1

1 think I didn't see you note is that the bleed buildup two handing with the ash is enough to proc in 1 hit against most bosses because of the proc changes they made in 1.09

Reduvia + scorpions stinger for bleed and rot, unless you have 2 blood blades, then there is no reason to not equip both daggers to dual-wield

Power stance with Scorpion Stinger for rot on bosses or a bleed infused bloodstained dagger for even more blood build up.

Keep the Scorpions Stinger up your sleeve to get them with rot too, if you want. Has a great ability to proc it fast too. You can also combine the fire damage on a lot of these bleed/arcane weapons by pairing with a cold enchantment, allowing you to get repeated frostbite bursts on top of the bleed...

And with the dlc you can add the amor that boost your damage but increase damage taken by piece

dex arc build with dual gargoyles twinblades +25 with cragblade or sepuku on both(crag blade makes twinblades heavy afinity making them s rank strength scaling and seppuku activates lord of bloods exultation) equip rotten winged sword insignia, millicents prosthesis, lord of bloods exultation and jump attack talisman. use raptors black feathers and for physic use successive attack tear. ultimate bleed build, only use jump attacks with both sword swings

I’ve never used reduvia due to my build type but I’ve heard that if you get up close to the enemy and use the AOW it deals double bleed build-up so instead of 30 you get 60 due to the critical hit stack, I’m not 100% on wether this still works but it’s worth a try

Pair this this with the hookclaws and it'll be insane. Don't even have to change anything because the talismans and buffs work well on both.

Do the regular longsword, the one the Vagabond knight starts with. Should be a interesting challenge.

This dagger took my arcane build from the very start of the game all the way to fire giant, wouldve worked fine after that but I swapped to scarlet rott weapons from there for fun

i think you can also use ritual sword instead of winged sword. though you need to be flawless for this but since you have range with the skill I think it'll work out. those 2 talismans seem redundant to me since they mostly have the same effects with the other one being with a dex bonus which is better.

My first play through i got one of these early immediately logged off created a new character and went and got a 2nd its r2 while duel weilding is ridiculous.

You can now make it better with the ansbach set

Been running this exact same build with two reduvia’s and two nagakibas

I like to combine Reduvia dagger with another dagger with a blood ash of war since dual daggers do attack way faster also because of this every other hit is a bleed trigger, raw damage is not a lot but bleed triggers so often you won't need raw damage at all, I put most of my stats on Endurance to get as much as equip load + stamina to be able to wear heaviest armor for high poise and protection but still remain at light load, I rn have 99 endurance with full beastmaster armor except for head piece, I traded head piece for a seal to cast incantations I believe this build is much better than other bleed builds due to being able to get your entire gear right at the start in Limgrave, for early game started as samurai then I used Misericorde (can be found in stormveil castle) killed Bernahl for his armor, got the reduvia and my entire gear set up until the end of the game was done rest is just finding talismans

Howl of shabriri is a better buff than FGMS, but it costs way more faith. If you are going to use the spell golden vow it is only 2 faith points away tho

Okay… but aren’t Millicent’s Prosthesis and the Rotten Winged Sword Insignia mutually exclusive? Have to go through the full New Game Plus to get this build together, so it NEEDS to be broken to justify that amount of work.

Honesty I don’t see rotten winged being as useful with this build since you’re not going to be able to spam the AoW enough for it to proc consistently. I’d switch it out for either Godfrey’s icon (increased attack power with skills) this will not only make the build that much more stronger. And imo Millicent prosthesis although it’s really good for dex builds I’d rather switch it for ritual sword talisman for that extra 20% damage increase at full health. It takes a bit of extra skill but as long as you can keep full health you’ll melt bosses even faster. Instead of milicents prosthesis you can substitute it with the dex knot crystal tear which does the same thing albeit on a time duration and if you wanna even do more bonkers damage howl of shibriri can be added on (although I have yet to fully test this but since you need to stat into faith a bit anyway for the better golden vow/flame grant me) you might as well hit that 33 mark. Lord of blood is good because of the bleed procing instantly on each strike (especially if you’re close enough to hit with both the blade and the AoW) and because of all the damage buffs you can guarantee most bosses to be dead in 5 hits or less. You can also increase the damage by using the blue dancer charm (since it’s a dagger weapon with low equip weight) and dragon seal (0 equip weight) for extra damage if you’re comfortable doing runs without armour for that sweet juicy light load. Varres mask imo isn’t really useful because it only increases dex although you can use it with blue dancer without much of a damage falloff so it could still be worth it. I’ve been having a ton of fun with this dagger on my most recent playthrough although it’s a little too broken with the setup I described. (Be prepared for 90% of bosses to die in well under a minute)

Wouldn't the damage be higher since they don't add or multiply the base alone but multiply the damage overall (it's not 100 plus 20% from Mohg's thing 120 plus another 10% the mask so 130 but 100 with 20% 120 and than with the 10% 132. Aka 32% extra damage and not 30%.

Does 10 dex really help your damage that much for high lvl characters? Seems like stone barb makes more sense.
