Hi.. Vitamin e capsules have gelatin. I bought once but had to throw.. Some even have a red dot on them. I think badam shrin would be a better substitute

Hi dear,today i used the same 1st method u showd of aloe cera,castor oil n vit E n applied n kept for few hrs ,castor oil is thick so a bit difficult to remove n took more time to shampoo but my hair became soft n felt good,n i use ur second method too in a spray bottle n hv started using it hope it vl all help me thnx a lot dear.
