Log Cabin has ALWA YS been my favorite quilt block. My very first quilt was the log cabin and I still have it. Donna and Matt, you make it so easy with your precut kits. It's odd I like the table topper better than the table runner. The topper shows off those fabrics so much better. Great project as always Donna!

Donna, please shoot a video of how the quilt machine does all the stitching from start to finish. Although it is not fast, but it seems to me that this is the action that you can watch endlessly 🤗🤗🤗

Your following is getting getting higher and higher in the numbers. It goes without saying (but I will anyway) it is well deserved! I enjoy your tutorials and the way you show there are many different ways to use the same blocks. You and Matt compliment each other perfectly. Now, if you could just clone yourselves ... I love your videos! I always learn something. Thanks for always sharing your best way of doing things. I love the log cabin pattern. I have mostly moved away from traditional patchwork to modern designs but still love the log cabin pattern! I made a Christmas log cabin table runner as one of my very first quilting projects. I am still using it! About the give away....I love the colors in this quilt. They are my favorite! Purples and greens! Maybe i will win! That would be so exciting! Thanks Donna and Matt for all you do to share the love of beautiful fabric and turning it into beautiful quilts!

I finally figured out what Donna does to her nails to get them to look like that!! It took a bit of research to figure it out and it's called a foil treatment done to gel nails. Also, a similar treatment is the jelly sandwich treatment to nails. They can be done at home or salon, with the right polishes!!

Wow this was so helpful! I just made a log cabin topper and am ready to add border and quilt it. I thought I had to do binding but this is so much better! This will be my third project ever. My first project was your mini rails runner and my husband who rarely makes a fuss saw it and said”WOW!”! So thank you again❤️❤️❤️

I love the autumn colours in this table topper and it looks doable, for me at least. I'm so glad you used the corner stone method of binding, I hate doing mitred corners.

Quilt Idea for a Tutorial!!!! PLEASE & THANK YOU!!! Can you please demonstrate how to make a hexagonal diamond log cabin table topper. The table topper is in the Fons&Porter Love of Quilting Nov/Dec 2010 issue, it is called "Christmas Memories" by Diane Tomlinson. Jordan Fabric tutorials, fabrics, pattern freebies, creativity and generous giveaways are outstanding. Makes me sad I have missed out on so many of your beautiful projects. Yum! I love the gold thread highlighting the fabric design - just delicious. And the topper is lovely - I particularly like your method of finishing a smaller quilt by turning inside out. I've never done this but I'm definitely going to have a go. Thanks Donna.
