Very clean and classy store. I wish we had this type of desi stores in Houston area. All the corn, vegetable canola, sunflower, safflower are bad if they are highly refined. Try cold pressed sesame or mustard or peanut oil for cooking or if you like coconut oil and ghee, and olive oil is best for health but not for cooking on high heat.

Cold press sesame oil and mustard oil are healthy . And off course ghee is purest and good fat when we consume it moderately.

We are in canada and use Groundnut oil. Its expensive compared to vegetable oil,corn or canola but its good for health.

good qulity olive oil is the only oil best for health. but not good for indian cooking on high heat . sunflower oil is good for high heat cooking.

That's good they put price on front of that item. Here in new jersey Subji Mondi they don't put price and some times if they have price when u go on counter it's high price or different price than they put.

05:50 which oil is better (or best) :- any edible seed's oil... and only cold pressed... or filtered oil shall be consumed..!! and strongly avoid Refined any refined oil...

નમસ્કાર. જય જીનેન્દ્ર. સરસ માહિતી. તેલ માટે એક્સપર્ટ એમ કહે છે કે અલગ અલગ ટાઇપ ના એટલે કે ફરતા વાપરો. કોઇ પણ એક જ તેલીબિયાં નુ નહીં વાપરવાનું.

નમસ્તે અમિતભાઈ. હું તમારા વિડીયો જોવું છું. મને તમારો સ્પષ્ટ અવાજ મને ખૂબ ગમે છે. તમે પ્રશ્ન કરેલો કે સારું કુકિંગ ઓઇલ કયું ? ગુજરાતમાં મસ્તર્ડ ઓયલ વાપરવામાં આવતું નથી પરંતુ તલનું તેલ હેલ્થને માટે ખૂબ જ સારું કહેવાય છે. ત્યારબાદ જોઈએ તો સીંગતેલ સારું. સુરતના નામાંકિત બાપાલાલ વૈદના લેખ આજ થી ૬૦ વર્ષ પહેલાં મેં વાંચેલા હતા, તેમાં કુકિંગ ઓઇલ નો સ્પષ્ટ નિર્દેશ કરેલો છે
