It’s the difference between believing Jesus died to forgive your sins and actually believing ALL He said and instructed His followers to do. You can believe He said something but not believe He meant what He said…and this is a lot of folk who call themselves Christian (not all). He doesn’t claim anyone who doesn’t obey His word. Ha... My son's father died when our son was 5 months old... His father was only 20 years old when he died. His dad's family had nothing to do with our child. Claimed it was "too painful." They finally met him at 18 years old. He's 30 and married now and has no relationship with them. Both the grandparents died without really knowing their grandson. One aunt is in his life on occasion now. The other isn't at all.

I just googled this and I guess the benefit is a percentage of a basic social security, so the deceased parent would have had to work at least 10 years in this lifetime to receive this benefit.. Anyone trying to block a potential recipient of this benefit is such a loser and ghetto.. the deceased parent worked for this money and their offspring should receive it.

The killing part about it is....they get way more when the person dies than them being alive since most on this show have numerous children and don't have descent jobs,,,also it's not a 1 time payout...they get paid every month until they are 18 or graduate.

Neither one of them needed a test. But I understand. The second case took me out. My son was killed three years ago and I was told that he had a little girl. She doesn’t look anything like him. But, I did call the mom and asked if I could get a paternity test. She agreed and I paid for it. And she never showed up. I don’t stress on it too much because, the little girl sleeps around. And I can’t see my son in the baby either. It makes me mad that I paid almost $800 and only could get some of my money back because she should’ve just said no. The whole time I was saying all this bickering that the sister’s were doing with this girl was unnecessary. The man is gone. Their main focus should be to see if the baby belongs to him or not. So I had to forward, pass all the arguing because I knew the answer. She looks just like him. We need to focus on the kids and not on our own selfish feelings. I hope they keep their word and I hope they make sure that that baby it’s straight. Because if it was me, I would.

@Jo Ann Stonebarger Seems on paternity court grandma's and moms of grown men get it. It doesn't exist in Canada. You have to buy life insurance. And without a will it goes to wife, then blood children. On here parents, aunts, grandparents, sisters of grown men collect it and keep it from their kids. Canada has a rule. If you don't pay or buy life insurance the govt doesn't pay a cent to your family.

8 weeks you definitely can see the fetus. I agree that 2 weeks is too early. But definitely around the 4-5 week mark you’re able to see something.

@friedman01 my ultra sound at 8 weeks was a round whit yolk sac with a heartbeat. As a rule here in Canada they don't do ultrasounds until 16 weeks unless there's complications like bleeding.

@@ednaatluxton4918 at my ultrasound (transvaginal) I saw the fetus clearly. Here in the USA, you get ultrasounds every month. The earliest I saw the baby was 5 weeks (yolk sac and fetal pole). Granted, it looks like a blob but it’s clearly noticeable. I have an ultrasound picture that I have at 7 weeks where you can see the growing fetus (it resembled an astronaut).

I don’t want to pay for these dozens of babies and, unfortunately, we as taxpayers are given no choice in the matter. Dumping this off on decent society needs to stop. Take care of them the best way you can.
