It is an awesome one of a kind guide for boosting your kidney function without the headache. Ive heard some great things about it and my cousin after many years got astronomical success with it.

Hey Andrew i was wondering will the lab analysis in intra-renal failure due to glomerulonephritis be similiar to those in pre-renal failure if the tubular epithelium is intact?

Thank you so much for the video. I had a quick question : what about NSAIDs being the cause of hypertension in people who are 'dry' ie, who don't had CHF ? my attending said that they act on 'another site' ( other than glomerulous) causing hypertension in such people ? could you please explain that ?

thanks very much for your very helpful work! Please, can you explain me why do we find an urea U/P>10 in pre-renal ARF and < 10 in renal ARF, since urea is filtred and reabsorbed, we should find the opposite no?

Sir, you explained that role of Prostglandins is vasodilatation in Afferent arterioles in glomerulus. But Sir, protaglandins are useful for renin secretion which cause vasoconstriction by RAAS axis. Moreover, Sir, what is the basis of using low dose aspirin in PET ?

Great video however at 0358 you state bp can drop because of massive vasoconstriction. i dnt get this at all

+Fifi Mazhandu the hepatorenal syndrome causes vasoconstriction of the afferent artery so the kidney gets very little flow of blood and that how it can cause an AKI. :
